Seeking a skilled Architect–Project Manager to support the design, renovation, and construction of state-owned buildings, including correctional, educational, healthcare, and administrative facilities.
Responsibilities include managing project scopes, budgets, and architectural designs; providing technical and administrative support; assisting with pre-design planning, programming, and cost estimation; coordinating with agency leaders; ensuring compliance with building and safety codes; negotiating design standards and contracts; and preparing reports, specifications, and bid packages.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, holds a Delaware Architect registration, and is proficient in AutoCAD and relevant codes. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder collaboration skills are essential.
