Architect

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead building design projects and serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and strategic input to deliver high-quality design solutions while contributing to business growth and team development.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred)
• Registered Architect
• NCARB Certificate holder
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in vertical building programs
• Minimum 7+ years of leadership/management experience, including direct client interaction and full project responsibility
• Demonstrated ability to support strategic business growth and direction

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of market trends in vertical building design
• Proven leadership in multidisciplinary project environments
• Advanced presentation and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Team Leader for assigned building design projects
• Act as the primary client point of contact, managing relationships and communications
• Lead and contribute to client meetings, presentations, and design discussions
• Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder networks
• Drive strategic planning and business growth initiatives as part of the leadership team
• Establish and manage project teams, ensuring appropriate resource allocation
• Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, timelines, and objectives are met
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule, including change management processes
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Ensure contractual obligations between all parties are fulfilled
• Develop and monitor project financials and delivery schedules
• Promote collaboration and mentor team members to support professional growth
