Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years in DevOps/Release Engineering including technical lead capacity
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, YAML-based pipelines, Repos, Artifacts)
Proven expertise in ArgoCD and GitOps methodologies
o Implement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD for Kubernetes-based application deployments
o Define and maintain ArgoCD application manifests, sync policies, and multi-cluster deployment strategies
o Ensure declarative, version-controlled infrastructure and application state management
Solid experience with Kubernetes/AKS, Helm, and container orchestration
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates)
Experience with Docker and container registries (ACR)
Working knowledge of Git branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based development)
Familiarity with SAFe Agile/Scrum delivery models
Strong troubleshooting skills across build, deployment, and runtime environments

Preferred/Nice-to-Have:
Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or AKS certification
Experience with service mesh (Istio/Linkerd)
Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid deployment models
Prior experience in large-scale client delivery/consulting environments
