Description

Title: Dynamics 365 Integration Architect (Power Platform & Azure Integration)

Role Overview:

Define and implement end-to-end integration architecture across Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations) and Power Platform solutions. Drive architecture decisions and establish integration standards ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient integrations across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Architecture

  • Define end-to-end integration architecture for Dynamics 365 CE/F&O and Power Platform.
  • Establish integration patterns, reference architectures, and design standards.
  • Design real-time, near real-time, and batch integrations.

D365 & Dataverse Integration

  • Design integrations using Dataverse, Dual-write, Virtual Tables, OData APIs, Webhooks, and Business Events.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CE, Finance & Operations, Power Platform, and external enterprise applications.

Azure Integration Services

  • Design integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management.
  • Define API-led integration strategies covering security, throttling, monitoring, and governance.

Power Platform

  • Design and govern integrations for Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Build reusable integration components and custom connectors.

Security & Governance

  • Implement authentication using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth 2.0, Managed Identity, and Service Principals.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, Power Platform governance, and DLP policies.
  • Collaborate with the Power Platform CoE on environment and integration governance.

Required Qualifications

  • 1014+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform integrations.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Dynamics 365 CE and/or Finance & Operations
    • Dataverse integration
    • Power Platform
    • Azure Integration Services
  • Experience with REST/OData APIs and enterprise integration patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with SAP, Salesforce, HR systems, Finance systems, and Data platforms.
  • Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Healthcare environments.
  • Microsoft certifications such asPL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) or Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (CE/F&O).
