Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Architect for their Irvine, CA location.
Responsibilities:
Lead discovery and requirement-gathering sessions with university business and technology stakeholders to define requirements for web and mobile application initiatives.
Define future-state application architecture, technology roadmap, and solution recommendations aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
Design secure, scalable, and maintainable application architectures leveraging .NET, ReactJS, JavaScript, APIs, and cloud-based technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, product, engineering, security, and operations teams, to ensure architectural alignment and solution feasibility.
Develop architecture artifacts, solution blueprints, integration strategies, and technical documentation for executive and delivery teams.
Provide architectural leadership, governance, and best-practice guidance to support application modernization, product quality, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in application architecture, solution architecture, or enterprise application development within large-scale global organizations.
Strong expertise in designing and delivering web and mobile applications using .NET, ReactJS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and modern application architecture patterns.
Proven experience leading requirement discovery, business analysis, architecture assessments, and future-state roadmap development.
Strong understanding of application security, scalability, performance optimization, integration architecture, and cloud-native design principles.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, with the ability to engage business and technical leaders.
Experience in healthcare, provider-based solutions, higher education, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
