Job Description
Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Architect for their Irvine, CA location.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and requirement-gathering sessions with university business and technology stakeholders to define requirements for web and mobile application initiatives.
- Define future-state application architecture, technology roadmap, and solution recommendations aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
- Design secure, scalable, and maintainable application architectures leveraging .NET, ReactJS, JavaScript, APIs, and cloud-based technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, product, engineering, security, and operations teams, to ensure architectural alignment and solution feasibility.
- Develop architecture artifacts, solution blueprints, integration strategies, and technical documentation for executive and delivery teams.
- Provide architectural leadership, governance, and best-practice guidance to support application modernization, product quality, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in application architecture, solution architecture, or enterprise application development within large-scale global organizations.
- Strong expertise in designing and delivering web and mobile applications using .NET, ReactJS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and modern application architecture patterns.
- Proven experience leading requirement discovery, business analysis, architecture assessments, and future-state roadmap development.
- Strong understanding of application security, scalability, performance optimization, integration architecture, and cloud-native design principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, with the ability to engage business and technical leaders.
- Experience in healthcare, provider-based solutions, higher education, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
