Job Description

Role Overview: Act as a "builder-consultant" hybrid, bridging high-level business strategy with hands-on technical execution to design and deploy secure, scalable AI assets and enterprise-grade autonomous workflows.

Mandatory - Resource should be visiting client office 3 times a week in NJ, Basking Ridge

Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to diagnose operational pain points, translate complex business needs into technical requirements, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven services.

Technical Competencies: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python and Google Apps Script for API integrations, utilizing tools like Claude Code to accelerate development, while architecting complex AI pipelines and multi-agent orchestrations.

Strategic/Consulting Competencies: Lead enterprise-scale innovation by enforcing MLOps best practices, managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and translating technical application logic into measurable business ROI.

Candidate having prior experience working in the Marketing space is added advantage
