Client:
Our client, located in Downtown Brooklyn, is a high-end residential design firm specializing in custom single-family homes and luxury interiors.

Description:
Our client is seeking an Architect with 5-8 years of experience to support a variety of high-end single-family residential projects. The role will focus primarily on construction documentation and technical drawing production in AutoCAD, working across both architectural and interior elements of highly customized residences.

Projects may include renovations, additions, and new construction, with work spanning interiors, millwork, kitchens, bathrooms, exterior elements, and architectural details. The Architect will collaborate closely with the design team, consultants, fabricators, and contractors to develop and refine drawing sets through construction documentation.

Experience with luxury residential work in NYC, Eastern Long Island, Upstate New York, etc is required. Strong AutoCAD skills and the ability to work independently on detailed drawing packages are essential. This is initially a temporary opportunity for 3-6 months.

Required:

• 5-8 years of professional architecture experience
• High-end single-family residential experience
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Construction documentation experience
• Experience detailing architectural and/or interior elements
• Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

Education:
Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree

Salary / Hourly:
$45-55/hr

Schedule / Type:
Hybrid schedule, at least a few days in Brooklyn office
