Position Overview
Our client is seeking an Architect with 5-10 years of experience to join their growing team in Midtown Manhattan. This person will work closely with senior architects and project managers across the full lifecycle of commercial projects, from schematic design through construction documents and administration. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial project experience within the NYC market, with ground up project experience strongly preferred. This is a hybrid role, with one day remote per week.
5-10 years of architectural experience required
Commercial project experience is a must; NYC market experience strongly preferred
Ground up project experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Revit is a must
