Salary Range: $100K - $130K Full-time Permanent Position with Benefits

Akron, Ohio area Architectural and Engineering Firm seeks to hire an experienced Architectural Project Manager who is capable of creating, overseeing and executing architectural projects. The project Architect will manage the day to day activities of all aspects of the project.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must have a Degree in Architecture (Registration Preferred) and a minimum of (5) years of hands-on architectural design and project management experience.
• Candidates must be capable of managing the day to day operations to include reviewing proposals and drawings, determining the scope of the project, managing budgets to track and report project costs on a weekly basis, assign tasks, oversee the work including the quality of the work, and ensure that safety standards are met to minimize risk.
• Candidates should be capable of reading engineering drawings, bid proposals, and a general knowledge of programming, database, and system design.
• Candidates are expected to maintain all documentation to include the design, permits, accounting, quality issues, correspondence to and from clients, vendors, staff members and interested parties.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
