Architectural Project Manager
We're looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Project Manager (5+ years of experience) to join our team and help bring projects to life from concept through completion. In this role, you'll lead a variety of commercial and office projects, collaborate closely with clients and teammates, and play a meaningful part in shaping both our projects and our firm's future.
You'll have the opportunity to mentor junior staff, contribute to business development efforts, and help refine how we work-all within a supportive, close-knit team environment.

You'll be part of a small, collaborative team of about 10-14 people where everyone's input matters. We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive, approachable environment where teamwork, open communication, and shared problem-solving are key.
We offer a business casual workplace, use Revit and AutoCAD as our primary tools, and are based in Baltimore City, with the option to transition to a hybrid schedule after approximately 90 days.
Our team enjoys working on a variety of projects with quick turnaround times, so adaptability and organization are key-but so is having fun along the way. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $60.10/hr.
