What You"ll Own

As an Architectural Project Manager, you"ll lead healthcare projects from concept through completion, serving as a trusted partner to clients and a mentor to project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex healthcare projects through all phases of design and delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall performance.
• Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination efforts.
• Collaborate with operational, business, and accounting leadership to ensure project success.
• Champion quality assurance and quality control standards.
• Mentor and develop project team members.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to the continued growth of the healthcare practice.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor"s Degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect (RA)
• 12+ years of architectural experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Healthcare project experience required
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing hospital, clinical, ambulatory care, or healthcare campus projects
• LEED accreditation or sustainable design experience
• PMP Certification
• Experience mentoring and leading project teams
• Passion for contributing to an employee-owned culture

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $64.90/hr.
