What You'll Do

Lead Complex Projects

  • Drive the full lifecycle of large, multidisciplinary architectural projects-from early vision through delivery.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring excellence in quality, schedule, and budget.

Build Strong Client Relationships

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to federal clients.
  • Participate in client engagement, marketing efforts, and contract discussions.
  • Lead design conversations that shape innovative, practical solutions.

Guide and Inspire Teams

  • Direct and mentor diverse project teams, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Foster collaboration across disciplines to drive successful outcomes.
  • Support the growth of less-experienced project managers.

Deliver Results with Impact

  • Manage project finances with confidence-tracking performance, identifying risks, and maintaining profitability.
  • Implement QA/QC processes to ensure precision and excellence in every deliverable.
  • Champion sustainable design and forward-thinking building technologies.

What You Bring

Core Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect (required)
  • 10+ years of architecture experience, including 5+ years leading projects
  • Proven success managing complex, large-scale projects and teams
  • Strong financial, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
  • Ability to lead design and production discussions with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience balancing multiple deadlines and priorities

Preferred

  • Federal project experience
  • LEED or sustainability-focused design experience
  • PMP certification
  • Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
  • Familiarity with innovative and resilient design strategies

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $64.00/hr.
