What You'll DoLead Commercial Projects from Start to Finish- Manage multiple commercial architecture projects simultaneously
- Guide projects through planning, design, documentation, and construction administration
- Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations
- Track project financial performance and resource allocation
Build Strong Client Relationships- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Lead presentations, meetings, and project discussions
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and recommendations
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Design Leadership & Technical Excellence- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and design teams
- Review project documents for quality, accuracy, and code compliance
- Apply technical expertise in building systems, construction methods, and design standards
- Contribute to sustainable and LEED-focused project strategies
Team Collaboration & Project Delivery- Mentor and support project team members
- Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Help establish project priorities and workflow strategies
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and design excellence
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of commercial architecture experience
- Project management experience within an architectural firm
- Strong understanding of commercial building design and project delivery
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and client communications
- Excellent leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications- Licensed Architect with active registration
- Experience leading large-scale commercial projects
- LEED or sustainable design experience
- Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously
Portfolio Requirement All applicants must provide a project portfolio or work samples demonstrating commercial architectural experience.
