Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding an Architect/Project Manager to their Sacramento team!
Responsibilities:
Collaboratewith Principal in evaluating project requirements
Assistwith negotiation of owner-architect agreement including fee and time schedule
Assist/leadsome project details such as project scope, profitability, schedule and budget
Completeprojects on time and within budget including monitoring work-hour budgets
Negotiatecritical issues with internal and external team members
Monitorquality of construction documents
Overseeall correspondence/documents for completion and accuracy seeking legal counselwhen needed
Coordinate/reviewcontractor bids and make contractor recommendations
Assistwith completion of proposals and client interviews
Requirements:
Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Architecture
10+years of experience
Registration/License
Proficientin AutoCAD, Revit, and other graphics and project management software
