Our client, a boutique architecture studio specializing in high-end residential design, is known for its refined interiors, thoughtful detailing, and commitment to craftsmanship. Their work focuses on distinctive private residences where design excellence and technical precision go hand in hand.

They are currently seeking an Architect with 5–10 years of experience to support an ongoing exterior core & shell renovation project through June. This is an excellent opportunity for an architect who enjoys highly technical detailing and building envelope work within a collaborative, design-driven studio environment.

This role is primarily remote (4 days/week) with one day in the Jersey City office.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and produce construction documents for high-end residential projects
• Produce detailed wall sections, exterior assemblies, and façade detailing
• Support design development and technical coordination
• Collaborate with consultants and internal project teams
• Assist in advancing projects through key documentation phases

Required Qualifications
• 5–10 years of professional architectural experience
• Must have experience with exterior core & shell scope on residential projects
• Must have strong experience producing brick veneer wall sections and detailed exterior assemblies
• Strong AutoCAD proficiency
• Demonstrated experience producing construction documents and exterior detailing packages
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment

Education
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Compensation
$40–$55/hour
