Client:
Our client is a small Brooklyn-based architecture firm specializing in residential and commercial projects.

Description:
Our client is seeking an Architect to assist with the renovation of an existing institutional building and a small new addition. The project will include approximately 48 studio apartments, along with office and program space.

This role will focus primarily on producing high-quality architectural drawings and construction documentation. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of architectural detailing and the technical knowledge to accurately develop and produce drawing sets. This is a straightforward, production-focused opportunity for an architect who takes pride in creating clear, well-detailed architectural drawings.

Required:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Strong construction documentation and drafting skills

• Solid understanding of architectural detailing

Education:
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)

Salary / Hourly:
$40–55/hr

Schedule / Type:
In-office with potential for some remote flexibility | Temporary, approximately 2 months | 1099 Independent Contractor
