We are currently looking for an experienced Architect for a well respected firm in Richmond, VA.

We are seeking a seasoned Project Architect with 3-10 years of professional experience. Experience with healthcare design projects and regulations is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all design phases of architectural projects, including design development and construction documentation.
- Engage with clients to determine project objectives and requirements, providing professional guidance throughout the design process.
- Produce detailed architectural designs and plans utilizing Revit.
- Integrate with in-office and consultant design teams, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and review construction documents, technical specifications, and ensure adherence to office standards, codes and regulations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Architectural education from an accredited institution with a degree required for potential licensure.
- Proficiency in architectural design software including Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes and commercial construction methods.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Team oriented individual
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with healthcare design phase services.
- Licensure as a Registered Architect in at least one state.
- Significant experience with 3D rendering software and other digital design tools.
- Willingness to be involved in networking events
