What Youll Do- Lead projects from concept through construction
- Collaborate closely with Principal Architects and multidisciplinary teams
- Prepare construction documents, specs, and general requirements
- Coordinate site analysis, feasibility studies, and project budgeting
- Ensure smooth project closeout, training, and client transition
What You Bring- 4+ years of architectural design experience
- Proficiency in Revit
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure
- Bonus: Experience in animal health, food service, or healthcare design
