Required:- 35+ years of architectural experience
- Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure
- Proficiency in Revit and architectural design processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with FEMA-funded or federal government projects is a plus

Primary Job Responsibilities:- Provide architectural consultation in planning, design, and coordination of complex projects
- Independently apply advanced architectural concepts and design strategies
- Execute drawing production and design documentation under the direction of a Project Manager
- Develop creative design concepts and presentation materials
- Review and analyze planning studies, reports, and consultant deliverables
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture (Level II)
- Identify and resolve technical questions to maintain project momentum
Salary: $70,000-$90,000
