Job description: We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for our Vlocity Order Management (OM) team, to lead design, development, and optimization of scalable, enterprise-level solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce, Vlocity (Industries CPQ / Communications Cloud), and Order Management to build robust product catalogs and seamless integrations with external backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and optimize scalable enterprise solutions across Vlocity CPQ, Vlocity Order Management (OM)

rite high-performance Apex, Triggers, and Batch classes following best practices, multi-tenant guardrails and security standards

Design and implement secure REST APIs to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications, billing engines, and enterprise data platforms

Utilize GitHub and Harness.io to ensure smooth code deployment, code quality, and release management

Partner with technical leads, technical program managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time

Participate in critical technical escalations and bugs and resolve within SLA

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-level applications

years of dedicated Salesforce development experience, including a deep understanding of the Salesforce Data Model, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud

years of hands-on experience with Apex and REST API development

ild real-time integration points connecting Vlocity Order Management with external ERP, billing (e.g., Zuora), and network provisioning platforms

od understanding of the Communications Cloud data model and telecom-specific business processes

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

2years of direct experience building solutions with Vlocity/Salesforce Industries, including OmniScript, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, LWC, CPQ and OM

Sales force Platform Developer II (PD2), Integration Architecture Designer, System Architect, or Vlocity / OmniStudio Certifications

Experience with DevOps tools like GitHub and Harness.io, alongside familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
