Our client is a well-established architecture and interior design firm located in Midtown Manhattan recognized for delivering innovative workplace, corporate, retail, and commercial interior environments. 

Description:
Our client is seeking talented Architects and Architectural Designers at all experience levels to join their growing commercial interiors team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of workplace, corporate office, retail, and store planning projects for well-known clients.

Successful candidates will contribute throughout all phases of the design process, including programming, space planning, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. Depending on experience, responsibilities may also include client interaction, project coordination, mentoring junior staff, and managing project schedules.

This is an ideal opportunity for design professionals who enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are looking to grow their careers while contributing to high-profile commercial interior projects.

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Experience working on commercial workplace and/or corporate interior projects
• Retail and store planning experience is highly preferred
• Strong proficiency in Revit is required
• Experience producing construction documents and coordinating project teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a collaborative environment

Education:
Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent professional degree.

Salary / Hourly:
$60,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
