Large General Contractor seeks experienced Architectural Construction Administrator to join our preconstruction - design phase services team as Preconstruction Services Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years’ experience with commercial, institutional, or educational projects.
Minimum 3 years' experience on Public Works projects.
Must have outstanding team leadership skills, diplomacy, high energy.
Good people skills and ability to communicate with Owners, Design Team, and Subcontractors.
Strong computer skills, including Bluebeam, Excel, Word, and PowerProject.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Constructability assessment, document quality assessment, site analysis, budgeting, scheduling, design team management, subcontractor scoping and bidding, and overall management of our preconstruction services.
Work in our main office located in Murrieta
Travel to meetings as required
