What You"ll Do

As an Architectural Designer, you"ll partner closely with Project Managers and Principals to bring projects from concept through construction. You"ll gain hands-on exposure to every phase of the design process while contributing to meaningful, high-profile developments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop design solutions and project deliverables alongside Project Managers and Principals.
• Prepare and coordinate construction documents for a variety of project types.
• Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and internal project teams throughout the design process.
• Participate in client meetings and help drive project coordination efforts.
• Support construction administration activities, field observations, and project documentation.
• Assist in the development of presentations, renderings, drawings, and design materials.
• Contribute to projects from schematic design through project completion.

What We"re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor"s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 7+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience producing construction documents and coordinating project deliverables.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on education, healthcare, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Exposure to consultant coordination and client-facing responsibilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
