Minimum 4 years experience in residential architectural design
Proficient in AutoCAD
Experience in both new construction design and remodeling & addition projects
Need to be able to design floor plans and elevations.
Need to be able to draft wall sections, building sections, and roof plans.
Experience with documenting as-built conditions
Accuracy & attention to detail is a priority.
