Job Description


We are seeking an Architectural Drafter for a 6-month contract-to-direct role in Tampa, FL. This position focuses on architectural interior renovations, primarily for hospitality projects, with opportunities to work on office, medical, and church projects as well.


Highlights:

  • Pay: $22–$34/hr (DOE), estimated $45k–$70k salary once direct

  • Location: Tampa/Clearwater/St. Pete area

  • Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm (core hours 9–3)

  • Contract-to-direct hire with long-term growth potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft architectural interior renovation drawings (hospitality focus)

  • Collaborate with project teams across Tampa and New York offices

  • Work primarily in AutoCAD, with opportunities to use Revit

Requirements:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD (3+ years of experience)

  • Strong drafting experience with interior renovations

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Revit experience a plus
