Job Details:
We are looking for a Architectural Designer to join our team. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility of working from both home and office. As a part of our team, you will be involved in various stages of architectural design, from conceptualization to the final handover of the project. If you are a creative thinker with a strong technical background, we would love to meet you. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the field of architectural design.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop innovative design concepts which are practical, aesthetic, safe and conducive to intended purposes and function; which is reflective of client goals and within project budget.
2. Coordinate all project phases, from initial briefing to final handover.
3. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and other professionals to ensure project success.
4. Use software applications to design and perfect project plans.
5. Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections to determine project viability.
6. Create detailed blueprints and 3D models.
7. Ensure all project designs are in compliance with local and national building regulations.
8. Present design proposals to clients for approval and address any modifications required.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends and advancements.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in architectural design within healthcare, institutional, medical, government, or something similar
3. Must be proficient in Revit.
4. Strong portfolio to demonstrate artistic skills and complex design projects.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Exceptional attention to detail.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
9. Knowledge of building codes, standards and structures.
10. A strong understanding of architectural design, theory and the ability to apply and communicate complex design concepts.
11. Excellent project management skills.
12. Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
