Architectural Designer

Overview

Join a dynamic, design-driven team shaping workplace and amenity-focused projects across New York.

As an Architectural Designer, you'll contribute across all phases-from early design through documentation, and potentially construction administration-helping bring thoughtful, high-quality spaces to life.

Depending on your experience, you'll either focus on technical production or take the lead on smaller projects, collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, and project leadership to deliver creative, precise, and on-time work.

What You'll Do

  • Support projects from concept through construction documentation (and CA, if experienced)
  • Produce clear, coordinated drawings for commercial and workplace interiors
  • Use Revit daily for modeling, documentation, and team coordination
  • Partner with internal teams and consultants to maintain design intent and quality
  • Develop space plans, furniture layouts, and finish documentation
  • Help lead technical delivery on small-to-mid-sized projects
  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, and site visits as needed
  • Research materials, support specs, and contribute to presentations
  • Ensure designs align with codes, ADA, and zoning requirements
  • Manage multiple projects with strong organization and communication

What You Bring

  • 3-7 years (or 2-5 in amenity-focused work) of architectural design experience
  • Portfolio with commercial or workplace interiors
  • Advanced Revit proficiency (daily production use)
  • Experience producing construction documents
  • Solid understanding of BIM, 3D modeling, and project workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office

Nice to Have

  • Experience with workplace, hospitality, or repositioning projects
  • Exposure to construction administration and code analysis
  • Ability to manage smaller projects or project components independently
  • Confidence presenting to teams and clients

Why You'll Love It

  • Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote)
  • Collaborative studio with strong mentorship and leadership access
  • Design-forward culture focused on storytelling and quality
  • Opportunity to grow your technical skills and take on more ownership
