An award-winning architecture and urban design firm is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Designer to join its collaborative Southern California studio. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-profile multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, and urban infill developments that are helping address the growing demand for housing in some of the region"s most dynamic communities.

What We"re Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor"s Degree in Architecture
Approximately 3-5 years of professional architectural experience
Experience supporting multifamily residential projects
Strong portfolio demonstrating:
Exterior elevations
Building massing
Facade design
Architectural concept development
Visual communication skills
Proficiency with:
SketchUp
Revit
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
Ability to generate architectural ideas through both hand sketching and digital modeling
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles three days per week

You enjoy exploring multiple design solutions, thinking critically about form and architecture, and explaining the reasoning behind your design decisions. You are comfortable moving between sketching, modeling, visualization, and presentation while balancing creativity with real-world project constraints.
A portfolio is required for consideration. Applicants should include work samples that clearly demonstrate their individual design contributions, particularly related to exterior architecture, multifamily housing, massing studies, and facade development.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
