Job Description

We are seeking an Architectural Designer with over two years of professional experience using Revit to support the design and production of architectural projects. This role involves close collaboration with project architects, engineers, and project managers to develop high-quality design documents and BIM models from concept through construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models and 2D construction documents using Autodesk Revit.
• Produce architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Assist in the design development process, translating concepts into technical documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Revise drawings and models based on client feedback, markups, and internal reviews.
• Support project teams with renderings, visualizations, and presentation materials.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, standards, and company design guidelines.
• Participate in coordination meetings and assist with resolving design conflicts.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to established BIM standards.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Over two years of experience in an architectural or design role.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Familiarity with building codes and permitting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
• Experience on commercial, industrial, or municipal projects.
• Exposure to BIM coordination or clash detection.
• Progress toward architectural licensure.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
