We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of exciting projects, including commercial, healthcare, education, mixed-use, hospitality, municipal, and residential developments. You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop innovative design solutions from concept through construction.

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, design, and development of architectural projects from concept through construction.
Prepare architectural drawings, renderings, and construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and project team members.
Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and project coordination meetings.
Conduct site visits and assist with field observations as needed.
Research building materials, products, and construction methods.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and project deliverables.
Revise drawings based on client feedback, consultant coordination, and construction requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
2+ years of architectural design experience preferred.
Proficiency in Revit required.
Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Knowledge of construction documents, detailing, and building systems.
Understanding of IBC, ADA, and local building codes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on commercial, healthcare, educational, mixed-use, or institutional projects.
Experience creating 3D models and architectural renderings.
Familiarity with BIM workflows.
Progress toward architectural licensure is a plus.
