Revit Designer / BIM Production Specialist
Position Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Revit Designer / BIM Production Specialist to support a growing portfolio of Mission Critical and Data Center projects. This is an opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a production-focused environment and can take ownership of drawing packages from early design development through construction documentation.
The ideal candidate is more than a "Revit jockey." They possess strong technical production skills, understand how buildings come together, can work with minimal oversight, and proactively resolve issues rather than simply drafting redlines.
This position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to support complex, technically challenging projects with a highly specialized architecture team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, and maintain Revit models for mission critical and data center projects
Produce high-quality construction documents, drawing sets, details, schedules, and specifications support
Incorporate design intent while identifying conflicts, coordination issues, and constructability concerns
Work directly with architects and project managers to advance project deliverables
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialty consultants
Participate in BIM coordination and model management efforts
Review markups while proactively identifying solutions and improvements
Maintain project standards, quality control, and documentation consistency
Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Take ownership of assigned project tasks and drive them to completion with limited supervision
Required Qualifications
3+ years of architectural drafting, design, or BIM production experience
Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit
Strong experience producing construction documents and technical drawings
Understanding of building systems, detailing, and construction methods
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to move beyond redline execution and contribute to project problem-solving

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
