OneSpace Architects is a growing, people-centered architecture and design firm serving clients throughout Hampton Roads and beyond. Our work includes commercial architecture, restaurant and retail projects, tenant build-outs, medical and daycare facilities, banks, offices, custom homes, additions, and interior design.\n

\nWe are looking for a leader, creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Project Designer to join our team. This position is ideal for an architect with approximately 3–5 years of professional experience who wants to take greater ownership of projects while continuing to grow technically and professionally.\n

What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of professional architectural experience\n
\n- Architecture degree from an accredited program\n
\n- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction documentation\n
\n- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD\n
\n- Knowledge of building codes, zoning, and permitting processes\n
\n- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings\n
\n- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities\n
\n- Good written and verbal communication skills\n
\n- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small, fast-paced team\n
\n- Motivated to learn, take ownership, and grow with the firm\n
\n- Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure is a plus\n
