  • Collaborate across disciplines and project phases to support successful project outcomes and integrated design solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of documentation and coordination.
  • Contribute to a culture of design excellence, initiative, innovation, and continuous learning within the project team.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in Revit for production of technical drawings and construction documentation.
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes, zoning requirements, and permitting processes.
  • Experience with multifamily residential, mixed-use, urban infill, commercial, or large-scale base building projects (highly preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Comfort working in a design-driven environment that values innovation and problem-solving.
  • Interest in mentorship, career development, and expanding technical expertise in project delivery and documentation.
  • Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced, team-oriented setting that encourages initiative and continuous learning.
