As an Architectural Drafter, you will work on residential architectural projects from concept through completion while maintaining a high level of quality on all assignments.
Draft architectural designs and prepare construction documents (elevations, foundations, floor plans, electrical plans, roof plans, and sections).
Prepare architectural details and specifications.
Review drawings for accuracy and code compliance.
Project Management:
Manage multiple concurrent projects.
Maintain schedules and meet production deadlines.
Maintain accountability for timelines and deliverables.
Client & Team Coordination:
Collaborate with Project Managers and Architectural Drafting Manager as needed on shared client/project work and to ensure drafting requirements and standards are met for each client.
Maintain timely and professional communication throughout all project phases.
