Architectural Drafter / Designer

Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a Architectural designer / drafter in the Central FL area

This is a long term opportunity with a busy company

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed working drawings and permit drawings for commercial and residential projects
• Contribute to design tasks and perform occasional job site visits for field verification.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• 5+ years of architectural drafting experience using AutoCAD Architecture is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Florida building codes and permitting processes (highly preferred).
• Proven ability to produce permit and construction drawings for commercial projects.
• Solid understanding of construction methods and building details.
• Experience with Revit is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting directly with clients.
