If you are a Drafter, Designer, Job Captain or Architectural Associate this may be a great next step for you!HighlightsTop 3 national builder - shape concepts across 50+ communitiesGreat learning opportunity + fast-paced — use AutoCAD, Adobe, and Bluebeam to bring ideas to life quicklyGrowth – join a 2026 Best Places to Work in its top-performing divisionWhat you will doPrimary responsibility for ensuring all architectural needs to open communities and support the business plans are identified, executed and managed.ResponsibilitiesCollect necessary information, including code interpretations, for introduction of New Home Design into communities.Adheres to established QC process.Responsible for completing scope of work summary for every project.Manages and coordinates standard plan submittals.Coordination of plan maintenance for division needs.Manages and coordinates ARB submittal and approval process.Perform all related CAD duties.Ensure development of compliant working drawings within the Division from both internal and external resources.Provide Architectural Services support as needed, to include but not be limited to:Draft redline markups and plan revisions in AutoCAD.Record and track Division's plan change requests.Produce all work within the Pulte Drafting Standards and Productivity Tools.Provide supporting documentation of field walks at various stages of construction.Create community specific field support documents.Ensure quality control on all work completed.Assist in quality control review process for a variety of department deliverables, to include but not be limited to:What you will needMinimum High School diploma or equivalent.Associates degree in Drafting or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction preferred.Related Functional Experience: Minimum 1 or more years Architectural or Construction experience.Software Skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Design Review Bluebeam, and ACAD preferred. BIM software is a plus.Understanding of Federal & State codes related to residential product preferred.Knowledge of residential construction techniques, construction documents, building codes as well as technical and procedural knowledge of activities related to home building construction, including understanding plans & specs preferred.Knowledge of lean, value engineering and costing principles and practices a plus.Effective communication and organization skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Remains adaptable to shifting priorities.Excels in highly collaborative and fast paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
