The ideal candidate has hands-on experience assembling architectural drawings in Revit and AutoCAD and is comfortable working from direction, moving projects through SD, DD, and CD phases for single-family residential work. The role is production-focused — building out floor plans, sections, and elevations from the principal's direction, with a consistent weekly schedule of approximately 10 hours per week.

What you'll do:
Produce drawing sets in Revit and AutoCAD for residential single-family projects across Utah.
Develop SD (Schematic Design) sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
Develop DD (Design Development) sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
Support CD (Construction Documents) phase deliverables, including high-quality renderings.
Work from the principal's direction, sketches, and notes to assemble clean, coordinated drawings.
Keep files organized, versioned, and aligned with project standards.
Coordinate drawing consistency across the set, including dimensions, tags, notes, and callouts.
Flag missing information or questions early and communicate proactively.
Manage weekly workload within the agreed time block, supporting deadlines while maintaining quality.
Communicate progress clearly, confirm priorities before executing changes, and provide regular status updates.
Use email and video calls for check-ins and alignment, minimizing unnecessary meetings.
Support ongoing residential projects as workload fluctuates across SD, DD, and CD phases.
What you must have:
A degree in Architecture or a related field.
Some professional experience assembling architectural drawing sets.
Proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD.
Previous experience with U.S. residential single-family projects.
Ability to work from direction and translate it into clean, coordinated documentation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent documentation quality.
Advanced English level.
Reliable communication, clear responsiveness, and ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
