Architectural Drafter / Project Manager (custom homes)

Well-established, high-end custom residential design company has an opening for a Project Manager / Architectural Drafter on a direct hire basis. Great opportunity to work on custom, multi-million-dollar home design projects!

Duties:

• Transform architectural design sketches into detailed AutoCAD construction documents
• Interface with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is followed through from concept to completion
• Manage timelines and maintain rigorous quality control standards
• Mentor/direct other CAD drafters
• Communicate with on-site contractors to resolve design challenges

Requirements:

• AAS in Architectural Drafting, or similar
• 5+ years of residential drafting experience
• Custom residential drafting experience a big plus
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Project management experience – includes being able to manage timelines, organizing projects, and interfacing with contractors
• Strong communication skills

Salary: $85-130K
