Kinetic Design + Development is looking for a Drafter to join the Krew.If you're a detail-oriented designer who thrives on turning ideas into drawings and models, this role is for you.As a Drafter at Kinetic, you'll bring concepts to life by transforming sketches and design intent into precise 2D and 3D documentation. Working closely with project teams, you'll gain hands-on experience in architectural design, detailing, and drafting across a range of corporate projects. Above all, you're excited to grow as part of a supportive, fast-moving team that values authenticity and innovation.What You'll DoCollaborate with architects and project designers to create drawings, 3D models, and schematic presentationsUse Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Bluebeam to draft and model construction documentsSet up sheet views, notes, schedules, and drawing standards in line with project templatesWork on prototypical and simple custom projects with direction from senior team membersConduct field measurements and model existing conditions under supervisionPick up detailed redlines and ensure documentation meets Kinetic standardsContribute to plan layouts and interior design drafting for corporate projectsMaintain organized project files and assist in preparing documentation for client presentationsResearch basic code and zoning requirements as neededParticipate in site visits and understand the context and conditions that influence designTools You'll UseRevit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)What You'll BringAssociate degree or higher in Drafting and Design0–3 years of professional drafting experienceBasic knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and rendering softwareFamiliarity with Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to read construction drawings and maintain drawing accuracy and organizationStrong attention to detail, time management, and communication skillsWillingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a collaborative team environmentProfessional attitude and commitment to quality in every taskWhy Join the KrewKinetic Design + Development is pushing the limits of traditional architectural practice.
