Participating in a team effort to complete projects promptly and successfully.
Producing construction documents, including specifications.
Coordinating the needs of the client, support staff, and outside consultants such as structural, civil, and mechanical engineers, as well as interior designers and landscape architects.
Ensuring compliance of construction detail documentation to quality control and best practices.
Performing project research.
Producing modifications to complete working drawing sets.
Reviewing accuracy of calculations, estimates, plans, and completed reports.
Engaging in team meetings to resolve project issues and maintain adherence to technical requirements.
Reviewing shop drawings.
Completing incidental work or other office functions that are necessary to get projects completed.
Requirements:
Proven related work experience, especially with multifamily and mixed-use buildings.
Solid written, graphic, and verbal communication skills.
High-level CAD skills. Revit is a plus.
Customer service attitude.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Interior Design experience a plus.
