Architectural Field Surveyor - Las Vegas, NV - JOB 26-00636Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 (plus overtime pay)
Full-time Permanent Position with Benefits
This role focuses on performing precise field surveys for existing retail and restaurant spaces across the US and Canada. Joining a multidisciplinary team of architecture, interior design, and MEP engineering professionals, you will play a critical role in capturing existing site conditions and translating them into accurate As-Built CAD/Revit models.
Responsibilities- Travel domestically and throughout Canada (typically one 1-day survey per week, occasionally two) to conduct detailed physical inspections of existing retail and restaurant locations.
- Liaise directly with mall Tenant Coordinators and site managers to gain access and complete field evaluations efficiently.
- Measure and verify existing architectural floor plans, structural clearances, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
- Convert physical measurements into precise As-Built drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit upon return to the office.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in retail or restaurant architecture field surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is required.
- Willingness to undertake frequent short-duration travel across the US and Canada; must possess a valid US passport (or ability to obtain one).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of working effectively both independently in the field and collaboratively within a core team.
