Architectural Marketing Specialist
Position is Hybrid, 3 days in the office (one required to be Wed)
Working hours: 8-5 (with unpaid lunch) – can be a little flexible with the schedule

Role at a glance:
Essentially, they will be reviewing floor plans and packaging up files and requirements for our outside vendor to complete orders for our divisions across the company. Once the interactive floor plan comes back complete, from our vendor, the candidate will review the tool to ensure that the changes were picked up, and it is working as expected. They will then approve and post the tool for customer and sales team use.

Job Description:
The Architectural Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the accurate and on-time creation of architectural marketing assets, by third party vendors, for assigned divisions. This includes overseeing and planning the production of floor plans, used by our customers and internal teams, to sell our homes, for the following finished deliverables: Community Specific Floor Plans, Printed Brochure Floor Plan Inserts, Master Floor Plans, Option Details, Design Your Own Home Interactive Floor Plans and Virtual Rendered Tours. The specialist will provide technical support and guidance to third party vendors and will use a specialized skillset and advanced knowledge of architecture to perform quality assurance reviews, identifying issues and using independent judgement to provide input when changes are needed. This role will also update documentation and track projects using multiple internal systems to fulfill deadline requirements.

The primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and oversee the production of Architectural Marketing assets (Master Floor Plans, Option Details, Design Your Own Home, Community Specific Floor Plans, Printed Brochure Inserts, and Virtual Rendered Tours) including but not limited to reviewing and proofing floor plans while managing the workflow to meet production deadlines: 60%
  • Technical support and guidance to internal and external teams (experience reading Architectural plans and AutoCAD); Works with cross functional teams (Purchasing and Architecture) to ensure all requirements are met and internal systems match options in CD set and Marketing sales materials 30%
  • Maintains and tracks projects using internal systems to ensure the needs of assigned divisions are met. Adheres to internal procedures for document management. 10%
  • All other duties assigned

Do you have these qualifications?

    • Associate degree or equivalent certificate
