  • Coordinate multiple concurrent projects nationally, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards align with client expectations.

  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders to integrate disciplines and maintain cohesive project documentation.
  • Support construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing change orders, and addressing field conditions.
  • Use AutoCAD to produce, update, and coordinate construction documents and details for multiple projects.
  • Organize and prioritize work across numerous projects in a high-production environment, meeting tight timelines and client-driven deadlines.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and organization while working closely with clients and their real estate development teams.

  • Experience with commercial construction projects across multiple regions is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with high-volume, repeat project types and standardized design approaches is helpful.
  • Comfort working in a low-design, high-production environment with a strong emphasis on efficiency.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with real estate developers and internal client stakeholders.
  • Interest in long-term, stable project pipelines and ongoing client relationships.

Work Environment

The role is based in a corporate office setting in King of Prussia, PA, working on-site within the client's environment alongside their internal teams and real estate developers. The architecture team consists of approximately 15 people, with interns joining periodically, and this position aligns with a lead-architect level. The culture is relaxed but very busy, with a strong focus on production and meeting ongoing project demands. The work emphasizes low design and high production due to the nature and volume of projects, which include more than 3,000 completed medical and related facilities ranging from modest interior renovations to multi-million-dollar new construction, such as sports training complexes. Typical projects average about 3,000 square feet and $250,000 in construction value and are completed within a few months, with roughly 300 projects delivered annually across the country.
