Job Title: Architectural Project Manager
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Review architectural drawings and provide guidance on design and construction issues
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or obstacles
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to achieve project goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in project management within the architecture industry
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
