Architectural Project Manager

Lead High-Impact Projects from Concept to Completion

We're seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager who combines strong technical expertise with confident leadership. In this role, you'll guide projects across multiple sectors-primarily throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic-while staying hands-on in design and delivery.

This is an opportunity for a strategic thinker who enjoys both leading teams and contributing directly to design work, ensuring projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and creativity.

What You'll Do

  • Lead architectural projects through all phases, from concept through completion
  • Contribute to design production while overseeing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Integrate prototypical design elements and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • Coordinate closely with consultants and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Drive project performance while balancing design integrity, client expectations, and efficiency

What You Bring

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD and other design tools
  • Strong background in architectural design, documentation, and construction administration
  • Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure
  • 10-15 years of professional architectural experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
  • Ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality results

Nice to Have

  • Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, and/or K-12 projects
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively with consulting partners
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and collaborative problem-solving
  • Experience working across multiple project types and managing complex workflows
