Architectural Project Designer

Ready to take ownership of your work and see your designs come to life? Were looking for an Architectural Project Designer whos eager to work on large-scale commercial and industrial projectsfrom early concepts to final construction documents.

This is more than just a production roleyoull be hands-on across every phase of the design process, collaborating with experienced project managers and clients while building a portfolio of impactful, high-visibility projects.

What Youll Do

  • Take projects from concept through construction, contributing at every stage (SD, DD, CD)
  • Develop detailed, high-quality drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Manage and run Revit models, producing coordinated, buildable document sets
  • Work closely with project managers to align on scope, schedules, and deliverables
  • Apply your knowledge of construction methods and building codes to real-world designs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination
  • Engage with clients and support project discussions from early design through completion
  • Contribute creative and practical solutions during design development
  • Work on both new construction and renovation/adaptive reuse projects
  • Balance speed and precision to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring

  • Strong background in architectural design and documentation
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge (or stronger) of Revit Architecture
  • Experience with commercial and industrial projects (beyond small retail work)
  • Understanding of building codes and construction practices
  • Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work with minimal guidance
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
  • Motivation, accountability, and pride in your work

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with renovation or adaptive reuse projects
  • Exposure to managing or coordinating project delivery
  • Confidence interacting directly with clients
  • Internship or early-career experience working in Revit on real projects

Work Environment
