Project Manager

Salary: $101,000 – $106,650 Annually

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of architectural projects from concept through construction. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring high-quality design, technical accuracy, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, driving project success through effective leadership, communication, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects through all phases of design and construction.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Manage client relationships, facilitate meetings, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare, review, and oversee project documentation, reports, presentations, and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting requirements, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
  • Maintain design quality, technical accuracy, and project objectives throughout all phases.
  • Support project planning, coordination, and construction administration activities.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment through mentorship, leadership, and effective delegation.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Professional licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred.

Experience

  • Demonstrated project management experience within architecture, design, or related industries.
  • Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex projects.
  • Experience working on commercial, civic, academic, housing, mixed-use, or similar project types.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management software.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documentation and permitting processes.
  • Thorough understanding of building codes, construction methods, and technical detailing.

Professional Skills

  • Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills.
