What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate assigned projects from concept and schematic design through construction administration while keeping teams aligned, organized, and accountable.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage multiple small and mid-sized architecture projects
  • Develop project work plans, staffing plans, schedules, and project scopes
  • Coordinate budgets, programs, project communication, and documentation
  • Serve as a primary liaison with clients and project stakeholders
  • Lead project teams under the guidance of senior project leadership
  • Delegate tasks and ensure assignments are completed on time and consistent with project requirements
  • Assist with proposals, contract reviews, fee estimating, and project scheduling
  • Maintain existing client relationships and support new business development
  • Manage quality control and participate in issue resolution
  • Attend client meetings and document meeting minutes
  • Support construction observation, OAC meetings, submittal reviews, RFIs, and PR documents
  • Mentor junior team members and help build a positive project team environment




What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is an organized architecture professional with strong project management skills, technical understanding, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Qualifications include:
  • 8+ years of post-graduation architecture experience preferred
  • Professional degree in architecture or related field required
  • Architecture licensure in good standing required
  • NCARB certification preferred
  • AIA, CSI, NCARB, IIDA, LEED, or WELL accreditation preferred
  • Experience in construction administration
  • Strong understanding of architectural building systems, construction methodology, materials, design, sustainability, and integrated design
  • Ability to manage schedules, budgets, teams, documentation, and shifting priorities
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Newforma, and Revit/BIM360 preferred
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Clarity, Enscape, and SketchUp preferred
