 Job Title: Architectural Project Manager (4 1/2 day schedule)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead and oversee project design and delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful, high-profile projects while collaborating with talented design teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring all phases—from schematic design and development through construction documents and completion—are executed successfully.

Partner closely with architects, designers, and consulting engineers to coordinate design solutions and align on project goals.

Assist in developing and managing project budgets based on negotiated schedules and fee structures.

Solicit proposals, evaluate qualifications, and oversee consultant contributions to meet project requirements.

Monitor project progress to ensure delivery within established timelines and budgets, while maintaining billing records.

Qualifications:

7+ years of architectural experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

Proficiency in Revit is required.

Licensure not required but is a plus.
